We moved into a renovated 1920s cape home in August of 2016, and while it doesn’t require much project work there’s tons of space to decorate and love on. This tour will be updated slowly as I rearrange and organize our new dream home.
Our home was completely gutted and flipped by a very good local house flipper, so while the bones of it are from the ’20s, everything else is brand spanking new.
The only thing I’ve swapped out in the kitchen so far is the pendant light over the sink, the rest is as it came. While it’s not my favorite colorway, it’ll work for us for now and does fit the character of the home. (More kitchen details here)
The house features a lovely open concept floor plan, so the dining room is connected to the kitchen, and open to the living room. I got an amazing zinc trestle table, swapped out the light fixture, and hung some industrial shelving (details on that here).
Stayed tuned for more rooms!
